She is BEAUTIFUL!!! I LOVE all of the pictures. Suraj could not stop talking about her yesterday, it was so sweet. He is a very PROUD uncle! Tell Jeff and Jyoti that they need to stick around some Sunday evening so I can see their little bundle of joy!

The Princess of Burlington/Mahapatra families adorns their hearts.....
The little one promises to hold all the pampering elders by the scruff of their neck and drive them around her tiny finger........a rare situation where both the Victor as well as the Vanquished are equally delighted while taking the roller-coaster ride!!
A breath of innocence...... a smile of divinity.....an exhilarating gush of fresh air......
The Sun still looks the same as everyday, but why do its rays bounce with a refreshing glitter off every unfolding petal today....?
The Moon still graces the night sky as usual, but why is its soft light so soothing and subtle today....?
People are going about their ways as mechanically as they always used to, but why does every face wear a glint of elation today.....? The world remains the same, life goes on as usual, but a beautiful event took place today that, like a wave of the magic wand, spread a kaleidoscope of twinkling colors across the universe. There is a song on every lip, a spring in every step and a refreshing radiance exuded by every being inhabiting our world....
The auspicious moment when Surina made her welcome entry into our realm was by no means an ordinary one. It is that unique moment when the sun and the moon, the mountains and the oceans, the forests and the wilderness, and all the other millions of Nature’s mysterious phenomena intersected only once this way when she was born, and never again…..Hence, every life is special, singular and significant, and worthy of every consideration. Memories or recollections of the magnificent Taj Mahal, or the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, or all the marvelous wonders of the world cannot even equate an iota of the insurmountable joy of Parenthood……Your memories can only compare but can never match the euphoria….they can only paint a picture but can never parallel the ecstasy….they can only describe a feeling but can never scale the soaring heights of fulfillment…..
Our children are the sons and daughters of Life’s longing for itself. They represent the invisible bridge that allows us to step into the kingdom of eternity by cheating mortality…..
